WHEN WILL MY SHIPMENT ARRIVE?
Delivery varies between 1-4 business days depending on the order address. As soon as the order is on its way, the transport guide will be sent by mail. WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING GUIDE?
As soon as the order is on its way, the order number for shipments will be sent by mail via Segmail within Mexico City, and the tracking number for shipments using DHL. WHICH TRANSPORTATION COMPANY DO YOU USE?
We use Segmail in Mexico City and DHL Express for the rest of the world.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS OR TAXES?
For orders within Mexico there are no additional costs.
For orders outside of Mexico, there are additional costs. Please note that we cannot estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be incurred upon delivery. Customers with shipping addresses outside of Mexico are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Refusal to pay duties will not return your package to Dulce de Lana and no refunds will be issued. Familiarize yourself with the obligations that your country imposes on imports, as we have no control over these costs and we will not be held responsible. Unfortunately, we will not be able to mark merchandise as a “gift” or “no commercial value”. All international orders are considered final sales once shipped and are therefore not eligible for refund or exchange.
